An artificial intelligence
studio for premium agriculture.
From truffle grounds to vineyards, from apiaries to olive mills — we build narrow, measurable AI systems where margins are thin and the soil already knows what it wants.
What we do
Three pillars, one operational thread.
We don't sell a platform. We design and ship the specific AI components your operation needs — and we leave behind documentation and a team that can keep them running.
All services →Pillar 1
AI for Agriculture
Sensoring, computer vision, predictive ML for truffières, vineyards, olive groves, apiaries, livestock, greenhouses, and high-margin cereal estates.
- · Soil & microclimate
- · Crop disease CV
- · Harvest prediction
- · Yield modelling
Pillar 2
AI for Food-Service & Filiera
Processing, traceability, hospitality automation, food-tech R&D.
Pillar 3
AI Process Automation
Document workflows, multi-language operations, cross-functional decision systems.
Why this name
A truffle from a place no one looked at.
Tuber indicum is the Chinese black truffle — for decades undervalued, sometimes fraudulently mixed into European supply, more recently recognised on its own terms.
We chose the name because the work we do feels similar: reading what the data already says without forcing it into European templates, and refusing the lazy claim that newer always means worse — or better.

Audit call · €240
One hour to find out if AI fits.
Most of what gets sold as "AI for agriculture" is dashboards a farmer doesn't open. The audit is a diagnostic call — we look at your real bottleneck, your data, your supply chain, and tell you honestly what AI can and can't do for it.
