FAQ
A few things people usually ask first.
- Is this a sales call?
- No. It is a diagnostic conversation we charge for because it consumes preparation time. You can hire us at the end, hire someone else, or do nothing. We will not chase you afterwards.
- What do I need to bring to the call?
- A short written description of the problem you want to look at, a sample of the data you already collect (CSV, photos, screenshots — whatever exists), and the names of any tools you currently use. If you have no data yet, that is itself useful information.
- In which language is the call?
- English, Italian or Spanish. Pick whichever lets you describe the operation most precisely. We will write the recap in the same language.
- Who from your side will be on the call?
- Rafael Patron, and one specialist if the topic warrants it (an agronomist for a vineyard call, a food technologist for a transformation question, an ML engineer for a deep technical scope).
- Is the call refundable?
- If we cancel, fully. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, no charge twice. If you cancel within 24 hours, we keep the fee. The number is small enough to be skin in the game on both sides.
