Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 May 2026. This policy describes how Intarget DMCC ("we", "us") processes personal data through tuberindicum.com (the "Site"). Processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with applicable data-protection laws including, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law 45/2021.

1. Who is the data controller

Intarget DMCC, License 809871, with legal address at Jumeirah Lake Towers, Cluster R, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Italian operational office: Via Davide Gagliardo 7, 16043 Chiavari (GE), Italy.

2. What data we collect

Through the Site itself, we do not collect personal data. The Site sets no analytics or marketing trackers (see the Cookie policy for the technical detail).

If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp using the channels listed on the Site, we will process the information you choose to share with us — typically your name, contact details, and the content of your message.

If you book a Calendly audit slot, Calendly Inc. acts as an independent data controller for booking metadata. Their privacy policy applies.

3. Legal basis

We process contact data on the basis of (i) your consent in initiating the conversation, and (ii) our legitimate interest in answering professional inquiries directed to the studio.

4. Retention

Inquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Engagement contracts and related correspondence are retained for the statutory limitation period applicable in the jurisdiction of the engagement.

5. Recipients

Personal data is accessed by the studio team. Email is handled through standard business email providers. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with marketing networks.

6. International transfers

Because the studio operates from multiple jurisdictions (UAE, Italy, USA, Ireland, Argentina), your personal data may be processed in those countries. Where required, we rely on the appropriate transfer safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalents).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data; to portability; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to info@tuberindicum.com.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the most recent revision.
